This ‘no need to knead bread’ was adapted from a 1940’s recipe by healthy eating advocate Doris Grant hence the name. So today I opted to put the new kid on the block Azam Flour through it’s paces and what better classic than this tried and tested war time loaf.

Paired with a hearty local classic dish Boerewors and Chakalaka

Of course, a taste test for my man Craig Fowels the all time favorite Jam and Cheese Sarmie.
